I’m looking for any best practices/processes which I can model a specific program after to engage young people in philanthropy. I’m looking for this to be a type of leadership development opportunity whereas they can participate in grant making activities specific to them identifying needs, gaps analysis, grant making and evaluation. If you run and/or know of a program that offers this type of program, can you provide me details for the structure and how it works?
