The Gulf Coast Fund is researching trustee/board compensation policies. Whether your foundation compensates your board members or not, would you please send me any policies/by-law language regarding your foundation’s position on this issue? We are working on our policy for the Gulf Coast Fund and would like to know how other foundations, big and small, mediate this issue.
