Good afternoon, We’ve all been providing emergency grants to our nonprofit partners to ensure continuation of services – but has anyone done anything that is a direct benefit to the front-line nonprofit employees? Aside from hazard pay, has anyone funded or worked with someone providing programming to address and support mental health and the anxiety of coming to work and interacting face-to-face with people during these times? I’m looking for some suggestions, ideas, examples,… Thanks, and stay health and safe!
