GEOList Summary: Strategic Communications Plan
I am the Director of Communications and Advocacy for a new start-up, place-based, health conversion foundation in St. Petersburg, Florida called A Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg. We are focused on the social determinants of health (housing, education, transit, income, employment, etc) and how these social factors impact health outcomes. I am developing a 2016-2017 Strategic Communications plan and would like to know if there are communications officers who may be willing to share their communications plans with me and (or) talk briefly with me regarding how your respective foundations approach this aspect of the work.
