GEOList Summary: Sharing Grant Results
I am often struck by how few foundations share their evaluation and grant reports with the general public. It seems to me that if we are interested in improving a field of interest we would want to share and know what nonprofits and NGOs are sending back to the foundations. The outcomes and results could help move civil society forward in how it responds to social needs. Is there a centralized place that grantmakers can upload their results? Is there a way for researcher to access this information? What does GEO consider best practice?
