GEOList Summary: Scholarship Review
We have a relatively small committee (5 people) that reviews all of our scholarship applications. We have nearly 20 scholarships that we review in house, and in the past few years, the number of applications has grown. Last year, our committee members had to read over 150 applications, which is a lot to ask of them. Does anyone out there have a process that works better than each of the 5 committee members reading all 150 applications and making decisions from there?
