We are seeking input and examples in two areas: 1. Examples of risk assessment tools or templates that assess which grants pose a high risk and offer a means of sizing and describing the risk. 2. Examples of best practices in providing oversight of large capital grants. For example, how to monitor a large construction project, vet the quality of the work, etc?
