We are preparing to draft an internal policy and applicant guidelines to support rapid response (emergency or crisis response) grantmaking. We have reviewed the guidelines posted by Open Society Foundations in 2015. We welcome other samples of internal policies and/or applicant guidelines that support Rapid Response grantmaking.
