GEOList Summary: Program Related Investments
We are researching program related investments and need to get information about the following topics: • What are the payment requirements • What is the process to convert a PRI into a grant • What is the typical length of the loan • Are PRIs ever used as bridge funding (can you think of an example). We have a grantee in the community who needs help and we want to take this information to our Board for consideration. Any feedback you can give us will be very appreciated.
