I am interested in learning how other funding organizations determine their policy agendas. Specifically how do organizations determine which 3 or 4 policies to focus on in a year. For instance, how do you choose to focus on behavioral health rather than housing issues or access to care? What drives your decisions (community input? The news? Legislative session?)
