GEOList Summary: Outcome-Based Budgets in Grantee Application
Does anyone use outcome-based budgets as part of your grant application? We ask grantees to submit a logic model with their application and often there is a disconnect between the logic model and the budget. I went to a training by the Mass. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education on this and it seemed like a good way to close this gap but perhaps challenging for our grantees.
