GEOList Summary: Organizational and Performance Assessments
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is interested in learning about how others in the field (philanthropy as well as other non-profits) conduct organizational performance assessments. In particular, we’re interested in: 1. What aspects of performance do others assess (programmatic impacts?, internal performance?, perceptions of the organization from the field and whose perceptions are of interest?, internal processes?, staff experience?, something else?), 2. what tools do you use to assess your performance, 3. how frequently or regularly do those assessments take place, and 4. who is your organization’s key audience(s) for the assessment.
