GEOList Summary: Language Regarding 'Upcoming Executive Leadership Change'
We are looking to develop new language in our Grant Agreement forms/contracts that requires grantees to notify us of planned executive leadership change. We had numerous executive directors of our grantee organizations leave the organization without any notice/communication and would like to be kept abreast of major staff leadership change and have decided to make it clear in our Grant Agreement contract language. Please share language and other approaches that your foundation uses.
