I am exploring the use of coaching as a developmental tool for foundation leaders and would like to know what other foundations are thinking and doing with regard to this topic. I would appreciate your responses to the following questions: Has your organization used coaching internally (for your own employees) as a leadership or professional development tool? **IF YES:** - Has it been offered on a case-by-case basis, or more widely (and by what criteria)? - What were the pros and cons (what worked well and what didn’t)? **IF NO:** - Have you considered it and decided not to use coaching?
