GEOList Summary: Guidelines for Small Capital Grants
We are a small fund ($500,000/year in grants) considering offering capital grants to a few grantees who have new opportunities to move into larger spaces. These would be small grants (maybe up to $25,000), but significant for us. I would love to hear from other funders about their support of capital projects. What do you fund and why? Do you only fund at a certain stage in the campaign? If you have considered supporting capital projects but decided not to, why?
