GEOList Summary: Grantee Survey Examples

As part of our strategic planning process underway now we would like to solicit feedback from our grantees and wondered if others have done this successfully and were willing to share any tools or techniques you found most useful. We are particularly interested in the types of questions you may have asked and if you centered them around multiple topics, like grant administration, strategic funding priorities, assessment of needs, etc. Also, if there are any standard grantee survey questions out there that would allow us to compare results that would also be very helpful.
