GEOList Summary: Grant Applications and Reporting Examples
The S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation is a family foundation based in San Francisco that is dedicated to advancing a productive, vibrant, and sustainable California. We will be spending down over the next seven years and are focusing on process enhancement in effort to achieve as much impact as possible in this short time. We are considering redesigning our grant application and reporting procedures to solicit appropriate information from the grantee without over-burdening either party. We would love to see some examples of other grant application and reporting procedures that you have found to be particularly effective for different types of grants (including challenge grants) and across program areas. Your input is greatly appreciated!
