What we’re looking for are examples of policies that either allow (with parameters) or forbid board service in certain situations. In addition, I have seen a few policies that distinguish between serving on philanthropic infrastructure boards or grantee collaborative boards and regular non-profit board service. Any such policies would be helpful to us as we craft our own.
