GEOList Summary: Foundation Infrastructure Review
In recent years, our Foundation’s grant making has outpaced our infrastructure. We are planning to bring in a consultant to help compare our practices to similar sized foundations and create recommendations to improve our work. We anticipate that this scope of work will include evaluation of our governance structure and relationship to our grantees, among other topics. Has anyone engaged in a similar project?
