GEOList Summary: Format for Presenting Grants Budgets to Board
At the Dyson Foundation, we are considering revisions to how we present our current and projected grants budget to our board of directors. For current and future years, we want to be able to indicate how much is budgeted, what’s approved and paid, approved but not yet paid, what’s already committed going into a new fiscal year, and amounts for grants that are “speculative” or anticipated.
