GEOList Summary: Evaluation Capacity-Building
As an extension of our Capacity Building and our Health Leadership Program activities, the MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation would like to develop an evaluation institute for executive directors/senior management staff of our key grantee organizations. Like many foundations, we have found the will and capacity of nonprofits to evaluate their work to be lacking. We have tried various things, with some success, but would like to do more. We envision this as a six-course immersion in the major facets of evaluation. Have any of you done anything remotely like this? I’d love to learn from your wisdom. Thanks.
