I'm drafting a Social Media Strategy for the Foundation and have looked extensively at what's been done the corporate, public and NFP sectors. The strategy will be comprised of a number of elements: -best practices for using social media (when to, how to, and why to) -integration with existing communication and knowledge-sharing strategies -prototyping, learning, evaluating and reporting -employee guidelines and engagement -integrating existing and selecting new technologies What's been done in the philanthropic sector? Can you share what you've put in writing at your foundation?
