One of our grantees is a relatively new coalition and they are seeking out best practices for coalitions. Do you happen to have some resources on this topic? For example, do you happen to know who the go-to expert is for this kind of structure? Do you know of a fabulous resource regarding successful business models for coalitions; minimizing competition between the coalition and its members; recruiting and retaining member organizations; and balancing providing services to members with coalition activities such as advocacy; etc.?
