GEOList Summary: Board Decisions: Grants, Contracts and Vendors
At Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky (assets about $56 million), we are revisiting our policies on which funding actions (with grantees, consultants/contractors and vendors) are brought to the Board and which are decided at the staff level. We’re very interested to know what other foundations do, and your ‘decision rules” for taking such actions to the Board or having those decisions made at the staff level.
