Join this conversation with Beth Huang, the Director at the Massachusetts Voter Table (MVT), about how funders can direct resources and influence to increase civic engagement and support grassroots organizing, especially in a post-COVID-19 reality.
Beth will draw from her work at MVT, working with over 25 community organizations to increase voter turnout and civic leadership in communities of color and among working-class people in Massachusetts. Beth also serves on the Steering Committees of Raise Up Massachusetts and the Election Modernization Coalition and convenes MassCounts, a coalition that works with nonprofits to achieve a complete count in the 2020 Census.
