Drawing on inspiriting examples, this session will explore models and frameworks that demonstrate the power of community care. It will illuminate how to effectively foster and resource a culture of care within the self, organizations and community. We'll discuss ways to institutionalize these practices, creating structures that prioritize the well-being of staff. Last, we'll explore how to build community care across organizational boundaries, fostering a network of support within the philanthropic sector.
